This Privacy Policy explains how Nature Enriched (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit or purchase from NaturEnriched.com.au (the “Site”).

1) What we collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact details: name, email, phone number
  • Billing & shipping details: billing/shipping address, delivery instructions
  • Order information: items purchased, order notes, order status, transaction references
  • Payment handling: payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, interactions and cookie identifiers (e.g., via Google Analytics)
  • Marketing preferences: subscription status and email engagement (if you opt in via Mailchimp)

2) How we collect it

We collect personal information when you:

  • place an order, create an account, subscribe, or contact us; and/or
  • browse the Site (through cookies and similar technologies).

We currently sell in Australia. If we later actively sell to customers in other regions, additional laws may apply (including GDPR in the EU/UK and CCPA/CPRA in California). If those laws become relevant, we will update this policy and implement required processes.

Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from NaturEnriched.com.au.

1) Scope and general approach

Because our products are handcrafted and often packaged for gifting, we apply strict conditions to returns to protect product integrity and safety.

Where the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) requires a remedy, we will provide one. This policy does not exclude mandatory rights under the ACL. (This is included to avoid any misleading “no refunds” impression.) (ACCC)

2) Damaged in transit / wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If confirmed, we will (at our option and in line with the ACL) arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy. Return shipping costs will be covered by us where the issue is our error or a confirmed fault.

3) Faulty product

If you believe an item is faulty, contact us as soon as practicable with your order number and supporting details/photos. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faults.

4) Change-of-mind returns (limited; at our discretion)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

As a goodwill option only, we may offer store credit or exchange if:

  • you contact us within 7 days of delivery;
  • the item is unused, unlit, unopened, and in original condition (and ideally in original packaging); and
  • the item is received back in a re-saleable condition.

Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s cost. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

5) Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted for:

  • items that have been lit, used, opened or altered;
  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse, incorrect handling or storage;
  • clearance items marked as final sale (change-of-mind only); or
  • gift cards / digital products (if applicable).

6) How to request a return

  • order number
  • item(s)
  • reason for request
  • photos (required for damage/fault claims)

Do not send items back without approval and return instructions.

7) Refund method and timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank.
